Membership Terms & Conditions
By enrolling in our membership program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These are designed to ensure fair and consistent use of membership benefits for all members and to protect the integrity of the program.
1. Welcome Pack
The Welcome Pack is a one-time joining benefit and is only available upon the initial activation of a new membership. It cannot be claimed more than once, even if a membership is cancelled and reactivated at a later date.
2. Monthly Member Perks
Membership perks are issued on a monthly basis and are redeemable only once per full monthly payment cycle. Unused perks do not roll over to subsequent months and have no cash value.
3. Member Treatments
• Each month, members are entitled to one treatment valued at up to £70.
• Treatments exceeding this value will incur a surcharge at the standard rate.
• Member treatments are not valid on combination beauty treatment packages.
• Treatments must be booked in advance and may not be redeemed on the same day as the booking is made.
• A unique voucher code will be provided monthly and is required at time of redemption. Each voucher is valid for one use only.
5. Guest Policy
Guests are required to pay full price unless they hold an active and valid membership.
6. Discount Abuse & Fair Use
Any misuse or abuse of membership benefits, including but not limited to sharing discounts with non-members, falsifying booking information, or attempting to redeem perks fraudulently, will result in immediate termination of the membership without refund.
7. Loyalty Cards
Loyalty cards, where applicable, may not be used in conjunction with any membership-related discounts or offers.
8. Refunds & Transfers
All membership fees are non-refundable.
Memberships are non-transferable and may not be sold, assigned, or gifted to another individual.
9. Changes to Terms
The business reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Notice of any material changes will be provided to members via email or posted in-store.
